How to book tours?

Immediately after booking, we will receive a confirmation email and provide you with a ticket number and pin code. You must receive this information as confirmation of your application. If you can't print it, don't worry. Just write down your ticket number and when you arrive here, please contact us in any convenient way.

How can we find out the departure time for a tour from our hotel?

We pick up all our clients from their place of residence free of charge and bring them back at the end of the tour. You can receive confirmation by e-mail and you do not need to pay additional fees for transfers from the regions.

Do I need to reconfirm my booking after I check in?

No, this is not necessary. You must be present at the hotel lobby at the check-in desk at the time that we indicate to you in the application. You don't need to make any calls.

Can I confirm the application again by phone?

It's entirely up to you. If you want, you can call us around the clock and get information about your tour or ask clarifying questions again. We will be happy to answer them.

From which regions of Turkey do you pick up on excursions?

We will deliver our customers free of charge from Alanya, Side, Kusadasi, Cappadocia, Istanbul, Belek, Kemer, Trabzon, Kas, Fethiye, Bodrum, Didim, Izmir, Antalya or Marmaris and from anywhere along these routes. You can contact us if you are not sure in which area the hotel you are staying is located. In addition, we organize excursions from all villages. Check with our managers the time of departure specifically from your hotel.

Do I have to go in front of the hotel to be taken on the tour?

We pick up our clients from their hotels. To do this, we need to give us a complete address, and we need to determine your location as accurately and correctly as possible. Please contact us for such questions.

Do I need to inform my room number?

No, you have no such obligation. But having your room number will make it easier for us to find you in case you are late or misunderstood over time. If we cannot simply find our clients at the hotel where they are, then we ask the receptionist to contact you by the room number. Your number gives you more benefits. If you are booking excursions prior to checking into the hotel, you must provide your full name. This will make it easier for us to find your hotel room.

How to find us at the hotel?

It will be easy for us to see you in front of the hotel on any of the tours. Since some hotels do not allow entry, we recommend that you wait at the hotel door or at the barrier where the hotel security is on duty. We make an announcement for you in the security section if needed. Please contact us in case of delay.
