The subject of this agreement is the sale of electronic services of the AGENCY from the website www.ministertours.com BY THE CONSUMER, 4077 on the sale and provision of services specified in the qualifying and sales prices; Consumer Protection distance contracts.
THE CONSUMER agrees that the tour and the qualification of the service, the amount of the sale, the type of payment and all preliminary information about the performance have been received and the necessary confirmations have been made in electronic form.
The AGENCY is responsible to the CONSUMER for how the subject of the contract and the service are provided.
The AGENCY is responsible for damage and reimbursement if it does not comply with the contract. Visas are not included in the purchased tours and activities.
The CONSUMER must notify the AGENCY in writing of any complaints. The AGENCY is responsible for finding a range of solutions in a thoughtful way.
The CONSUMER can change the date of the tour to a later one without additional charge, if he notifies about it 3 days in advance.
The CONSUMER does not pay VAT for the service he receives. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
The AGENCY, despite the necessary tourist environment, any unfavorable conditions that may arise, reserves the right to cancel the trip due to earthquakes, terrorist acts, adverse weather conditions, obstacles on the road and unforeseen technical difficulties. In this case, the consumer has no right to object.
The CONSUMER can cancel the tour 15 days before the start of the tour and the AGENCY will return the money.
A CONSUMER may request a refund of 50% of their money if he / she requests the tour to be canceled one week before the start of the tour.
A CONSUMER cannot request a cancellation less than 7 days in advance. Date changes made by the CONSUMER are not stipulated by the contract.
The CONSUMER has the right to transfer the tour to another person up to 7 days before the planned date of the trip.
The CONSUMER does not notify in writing that he / she cannot participate in the tour that he missed. The AGENCY has the right to cancel tours that the client makes after 24 hours. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
The AGENCY has the right to cancel the tour in whole or in part if it considers it necessary. In such cases, he must inform the CONSUMER about the change in the tour by sending a written notice. The AGENCY may change the order of visit in case of written notification. In such cases, if the CONSUMER does not wish to participate in the tour, the cost may be refunded for non-consumable services.
The AGENT may notify the CONSUMER in person or on the website, or in any way available. The consumer accepts and confirms this situation personally.
Consumer Courts and Arbitration Courts of Alanya are responsible for problems that may arise during the implementation of this contract. The CONSUMER agrees and accepts all the terms of this agreement.
